"The Arabic part of the Qur'an probably done in Egypt or Syria in the latter part of the fourteenth or early fifteenth century.  The persian inter-linear translation was done late in the seventeenth or early in the eighteenth century, possibly in Tabriz or Hamadan, Iran where the manuscript was found.  The last page suggests that it was repaired "for the good of my soul" in 1230 AH / 1820 AD.  The writing material could be deerskin."   This antique version of the Qur'an is in beautiful condition (see photos) for its extremely old age.  The pages feel solid when you turn them, and the binding is still strong.  The cover is a majestic old leather that looks wonderful.  You can tell when you first hold the book that it was made properly.     PAYMENT Pay with your credit card through PayPal, or with your paypal account balance. If you pay with either of these, your item will not be shipped until bank approval of the check or order. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction.
